About Us

Stikki.me is an online service that allows users to post notes (or "stikkis") attached to real-world physical locations. We're based out of Las Vegas, NV, which is of course world-famous as the home of the White Cross Drugstore.

Team

Joshua Ellis is a Web developer/designer and writer. He was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for co-authoring a series of articles in the Las Vegas CityLife about homeless people living in the storm drains under Las Vegas, and won several Nevada Press Awards for his syndicated CityLife column "All Tomorrow's Parties ". His writing has appeared in many print and online publications, including Mondo 2000, Coilhouse, Axcess, Worldchanging, Mindjack, and the Unofficial Apple Weblog. He was also a contributor to the bestselling book Worldchanging: A User's Guide To The 21st Century.

He was co-founder and creative director of Mperia.com, an early indie online music store, from 2003-2006, and is widely regarded as a crowdfunding/micropatronage pioneer for his "Dark Miracle" project.

He currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife, a lot of cheap synthesizers, and two ungrateful cats.
